A Vendor is someone who owns their own business and pays KID MAINA a small fee for promotion, advertising and tons of exposure! BELOW IS A LIST OF VENDORS WHO WILL BE AT OUR FALL 2010 EVENT: (To be announced)
VENDOR INFORMATION $75 Registration Fee for Table Rental (Fall Registration Cut Off - Sept. 4th) RAFFLE ITEMS & THANK YOU BAG ADVERTISING DUE SEPT. 18th!
VENDORS: Vendors from the last event have first choice of renting a table. We do not give out the tables to duplicate businesses Once they reply, tables are rented in the order of receipt of fee and registration. Please email KM to see if we have a vendor or consultant for your business. KM will confirm before you mail out your registration fee. All Vendors must submit a registration form even if they are just advertising/donating/renting table.
RENT A TABLE: Return the registration slip and fee from the our brochure. We provide a full 6 foot table and you can display it any way that works for your business. The tables are located at the center of the room next to the checkout lines. You have the entire Thursday to set up your table. Come in as early as Noon that day. Consignors will be in and out all day and will pass your table. Also, there will be a presale that evening for the Volunteers of the event to shop (one free day to rent the table!). Then you will have the additional Friday, Saturday & Sunday for promotion!
THANK YOU BAGS: Each customer will receive a THANK YOU BAG which will have promotional items inside. One of which is a postcard telling them how to join our event. For those who want to advertise inside these bags we ask for a minimum of 250 items. This can be a flyer, brochure, postcard, business card, Marketing Pieces as pens, key chains, or anything
that can fit inside a 6" x 10" 2 mil reclosable bag. We can guarantee 750 Thank You Bags will be handed out!

RAFFLE ITEM: If you cannot be at the event but would like to donate a raffle item for more exposure, we have raffle baskets for our volunteers to try to win. Items to donate are anything from your business such as a product(s), gift certificates or coupons with your business information (flyer, brochure, business card). Minimum donation is $10 value. (You can still donate if you rent a table or not and still get your discount for the Thank You Bags!).
ADVERTISING: If you rent a table or donate a raffle item, we will advertise your business FREE on this website until our next event. We will also keep you in our contacts until you ask to be removed. This way if someone is looking for your product or services, KM can recommend how to get in touch with you. We have over 2000 contacts with KID MANIA and growing more each day. We also have a large territory where people come from far as Butler, Ohio, West Virginia, and out East into Murraysville, Jeannette....
SPONSOR INFORMATION A sponsor is a business that donates an item to help support our cause. Usually they donate a raffle item or supplies that we use at our event. They will receive the same discount for our thank you bags and free advertising as a vendor. See below with items needed for our sale...

CLOTHING & MISC. ITEMS: If you don't want to sell items, but would like to donate your clothes for the event, all items will be under KID MANIA and proceeds will pay towards some of our expenses and donate unsold items to the Genesis Center.
