KID MANIA

~Will provide a location, fixtures, tables, supplies, advertisement & organization for this event.

~Will provide consignors a personal ID# upon receipt of registration and fee (Non returnable after cut-off).

~Will provide vendor tables to the last event vendors first, then in receipt of registration form & fee (Non returnable after cut-off).

~Will not rent vendor tables to duplicate businesses (company names).

~Will keep your contact information private & confidential to this sale only, unless requested or asked to be removed.
~Will produce tags or tagging software for a one time fee (exception TagItLite).

~Will produce a NEW Tag at a fair price for any missing tags on items. Will provide an opportunity to claim at the end of the

sale (after 10 days it becomes the property of KM).
~Will reserve the right to decline any item being sold or any consignor/vendor/volunteer who wants to join.

~Will make all donations to the Genesis Center and provide you with a Tax Information Form upon request.
~Will not be responsible for any articles lost, stolen or damaged.

~Will not be responsible for recalled items.
~Will keep (20% to10%) a consignor fee, depending on volunteer times or active referrals.
~Will mail Settlement Checks and Summary Report within 2 weeks from the end of the event to the name & address provided

upon registration. (Certain reports and inventory reports will be emailed)

CONSIGNOR / VENDOR

~Will return the completed registration form and fee (as agreement to these terms) before the cut-off date.
~Will be responsible for tagging & pricing their own items. (Tagging will be done via the new software either by themselves or

from KM. Handwritten tags are NO LONGER accepted.)

~Will provide all clothes on hangers (non returnable).
~Will provide items in excellent condition: Clean, Ironed, Nothing Broken, No Stains, No Rips or Missing Pieces, and Nothing

Outdated (must be in style within the past few yrs).

~Will check ALL items against the CPSC recall list http://www.cpsc.gov/cpscpub/prerel/prerel.html. All items being

consigned are not on the recalled list to the best of their knowledge waiving all responsibility from KID MANIA.
~Will CHECK IN and drop off items during assigned drop off times at the hall and set them up in the designated areas.

(Will verify registration information is correct to the TAGIT Manager Program.)

~Will arrive at designated Volunteer times and perform job duties. (no children) Failure to show, will be charged a $10 "No

Show Fee" for each hour missed, taken out of their settlement check. (Mandatory 3 hours for all consignors!)

~Will CHECK OUT and pick up unsold items at the hall during assigned pick up times. NO EARLY BIRDS, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Can assign someone to pick up for them; KM needs to approve in advance. Items left behind will become property of KM

and a $10 'non-pick up fee' will be taken out of their settlement check.

~Will cash settlement checks with in two weeks. Will have 10 days from the date of the check to report any discrepancies;

once the 10 days has passed or the check has been cashed, all disputes are VOID.

~Will agree to hold harmless and make no claim against KM, Consignor, Volunteer, Vendor, Customer or anyone working at the

fairgrounds or associated with this sale.

~Will assume the risks that can occur including lost, stolen or damaged items.
